Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into 12 circles using a round cutter. Press each circle into a mini muffin tin to form shells.
