Blackberry Brie Phyllo Tarts

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 12 fresh blackberries
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut puff pastry into 12 equal squares. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Top each square with a slice of brie cheese, a blackberry, and a sprinkle of thyme.
  4. Drizzle with honey and brush the edges of the pastry with beaten egg.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
