Ingredients

  • 1 round wheel of Brie cheese
  • 1 wedge of blue cheese
  • 1 wedge of hard yellow cheese
  • 100g prosciutto
  • 100g salami
  • 1 cup mixed olives (green and black)
  • 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts)
  • 1 cup fresh figs, quartered
  • 1 cup fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 1 cup fresh tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 small jar of fig jam
  • 1 loaf of crusty bread
  • 1 flatbread with sesame seeds
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs
  • Fresh sage leaves
  • Fresh thyme sprigs

Instructions

  1. Arrange the Brie cheese on a small plate and place it on the board.
  2. Cut the blue cheese and hard yellow cheese into wedges and place them on the board.
  3. Roll the prosciutto and salami and place them on the board.
  4. Place the bowl of olives, mixed nuts, and fig jam in the center of the board.
  5. Arrange the fresh figs, peaches, grapes, and tomatoes around the cheeses and meats.
  6. Place the honey and a honey dipper in a small bowl and set it on the board.
  7. Add the flatbread and crusty bread to the board.
  8. Garnish the board with fresh rosemary, sage, and thyme sprigs.
  9. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
