Ingredients

  • 1 loaf sourdough bread, sliced
  • 4 slices of bagel
  • 200g smoked salmon, rolled
  • 4 soft-boiled eggs
  • 100g cream cheese, mixed with herbs
  • 100g prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 100g brie cheese, sliced
  • 100g cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, blackberries)
  • 2 figs, sliced
  • 1 passion fruit, halved
  • 1 cup mixed olives (green and black)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup radishes, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Arrange sliced sourdough bread and bagel slices on one side of a large wooden serving board.
  2. Place soft-boiled eggs in ceramic egg cups in the center of the board.
  3. Add prosciutto, smoked salmon, and cheese varieties in separate sections.
  4. Fill small bowls with cream cheese, mixed berries, olives, and cherry tomatoes.
  5. Scatter sliced figs, radishes, and passion fruit around the board for color and freshness.
  6. Drizzle honey over the brie and place a small jar of honey with a dipper nearby.
  7. Garnish with fresh thyme and mint sprigs for a vibrant finish.
  8. Serve immediately with a knife for spreading and a spoon for the jams.
