  • 1 long baguette, sliced
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup mixed olives (green and black)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup roasted red peppers
  • 1 cup grilled eggplant slices
  • 1 cup grilled zucchini slices
  • 1 cup prosciutto
  • 4 slices of hard cheese (e.g., Parmesan or Pecorino)
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 2 fresh figs
  • 1 small bunch fresh basil
  • 1 small bunch fresh thyme
  • 1 small bunch fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • 1/4 cup coarse sea salt
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Arrange the sliced baguette on one side of a large wooden charcuterie board.
  2. Place the hummus in a small bowl and the tzatziki in another, drizzling each with olive oil and balsamic glaze respectively.
  3. Fill the board with bowls of olives, cherry tomatoes, artichoke hearts, and roasted red peppers.
  4. Add the grilled eggplant and zucchini slices, arranging them neatly.
  5. Layer the prosciutto and cheese slices on the board.
  6. Scatter the grapes, figs, and fresh herbs across the board for color and freshness.
  7. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the vegetables and meats.
