Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp dried dill
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add chicken strips to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. Arrange chicken strips on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  6. While chicken bakes, prepare the dipping sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried dill, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
  7. Remove chicken from oven and let cool slightly. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley.
  8. Serve warm with the garlic herb dipping sauce.
