Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 4-5 goji berries
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine frozen spinach, frozen banana, and almond milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the green smoothie into a bowl.
  3. Arrange sliced banana in a semi-circle on one side of the bowl.
  4. Sprinkle granola, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, and slivered almonds over the smoothie.
  5. Top with goji berries and additional banana slices if desired.
