  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 200g halloumi cheese
  • 2 ripe peaches
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Fresh microgreens
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
