Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups vegetable oil
  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 1 cup chocolate ganache
  • 1 cup peanut butter cups
  • 1 cup pretzels, crushed
  • 1 cup peanut butter frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and grease cake pans.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Add buttermilk, eggs, and oil; mix until smooth.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Layer the cake with peanut butter filling and chocolate ganache.
  6. Top with peanut butter cups and crushed pretzels.
