Ingredients

  • 4 oz wild arugula
  • 6 fresh figs, halved or quartered
  • 3 oz thinly sliced prosciutto
  • 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola
  • 1/3 cup toasted walnuts, roughly chopped
  • Balsamic-fig glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place fig halves on a baking sheet, cut side up, and roast for 15-20 minutes until tender.
  3. While figs roast, arrange arugula on a large serving platter.
  4. Top arugula with roasted figs, crumbled Gorgonzola, toasted walnuts, and prosciutto ribbons.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic-fig glaze and serve immediately.
