Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz) package gnocchi
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
