- 1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
- 100g fresh spinach leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- Salt and black pepper to taste
