Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs beef chuck roast, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cups cooked white rice

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine honey, butter, garlic, soy sauce, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Add steak cubes to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a slow cooker and cook on low for 2 hours and 30 minutes.
  4. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.
  5. Serve the steak bites over cooked white rice.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped parsley.
