Ingredients

  • 8 oz fusilli pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely minced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package directions.
  2. Drain pasta and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  4. Whisk olive oil and balsamic vinegar together, then pour over the salad.
