- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
