Turkey and Cheese Sliders

Ingredients

  • 12 soft dinner rolls
  • 1 lb sliced deli turkey breast
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Slice the dinner rolls horizontally, keeping the bottom halves attached to form a hinge.
  4. Place the bottom halves on a baking sheet and layer with turkey and provolone cheese.
  5. Brush the tops of the rolls with the butter mixture and sprinkle with parsley.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
