Ultimate Salted Caramel Pecan Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
  • Flaky sea salt for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8 inch baking pan.
  2. Cream butter and sugar together, then mix in flour and salt until a dough forms.
  3. Press dough into the bottom of the pan and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the warm crust and sprinkle with pecans.
  5. Bake for another 15-20 minutes until the top is golden.
  6. Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
  7. Cool completely before slicing into bars.
