  • 1 hard-boiled egg

  • 1 tsp fresh dill
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 fresh figs, sliced
  • 4 fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup mixed blackberries and raspberries
  • 1/2 dragon fruit, diced
  • 2 slices fresh peach
  • 1 tbsp pistachios, chopped
  • 1 tsp balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Toast the sourdough bread until golden and crisp.
  2. Spread a generous layer of whipped ricotta on each slice of toast.
